Create your own fresh pasta with the lasagne roller in the desired thickness by using the adjustable knob to set the thickness - pasta simply to your own taste.

Different pasta thicknesses to choose from: The pasta roller attachment has 7 thickness settings. Turn the knob to the appropriate position to set the thickness of the dough (0.4 mm - 2 mm).
