The AREBOS plasma cutter cuts metal sheets to a specific shape or produces metal cut-outs from a sheet. In contrast to laser cutters, our AREBSOS plasma cutting system is not only able to cut structural steels. Almost all conductive metals can be cut. These include, for example, high-alloy chrome-nickel steels, all hardened and unhardened tool steels, through to non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and its compounds, brass, copper and grey cast iron.

No power connection required: The AREBOS plasma cutter only requires a compressed air supply and a power supply. Furthermore, its compact shape means it takes up very little space and is therefore easy to store. The device is used to make cuts of up to 12 mm in steel. As the cuts are very clean and smooth, almost no reworking is required.

Effective cutting at extremely high temperatures: The mechanism behind it: The air in the plasma torch is heated to an extremely high temperature by an electric arc. The highly focussed plasma cutting jet melts metals very quickly and its high kinetic energy ejects the molten metal from the kerf.

Works with normal compressed air: When working with our AREBOS plasma cutter, you use compressed air instead of technical gas. The results are amazing and the advantages are easy to recognise: You achieve an almost perfect cutting quality, which comes very close to the quality of laser cutting, but at a much more favourable price.

Precise work thanks to high speed: Other impressive advantages over oxy-fuel cutting include the high cutting speed and excellent ability to automate processes. Thanks to the high-quality production, smaller internal contours and drill holes can be produced than with oxy-fuel cutting.

Skilful, clean and gentle: By using this skilful steel cutter from AREBOS, you also cleverly protect the workpieces to be processed. The high energy of the plasma jet cuts the material so quickly that the surrounding material does not heat up as much as with flame cutting - resulting in less heat distortion.
